Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Anytime B4-9MobileLabs, we value your time and business. To ensure efficiency and fairness for all clients, we have established the following cancellations and refund policy:

Cancellations

Clients-Initiated Cancellation:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a mobile testing appointment. Cancellation made within this window will not incur a fee.

Same-Day Cancellation / No Shows:

Cancellations made less than24 hours in advance or failure to be present at the scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

Company- Initiated Cancellations:

If AnytimeB4-9MobileLabs must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances emergencies, vehicle issues, staffing), clients will be notified promptly and may reschedule at no additional charge.

Refunds

Service not rendered:

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance and no service was rendered, you may receive a full refund, less any applicable processing fees.

Partial Refunds:

If service was partially rendered but not completed due to client reasons ( e.g., refusal to test , ID issues), a partial refund may be issued at the company’s discretion , minus the cost of services provided and a dispatch fee.

Non Refundable Services:

Any services that have been fully rendered, including collections and / or lab submissions, are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Refund, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
